Creamers form a special group within the fat powders. They are characterized by their good dissolving properties, whitening power and stability in solution. Varieties such as fat content 16 - 80% and refined coconut oil or palm oil, on request hydrogenated are also available. Applications: vending, retail packaging, soups and sauces
