Agri-Mark DPS is a free-flowing whey permeate powder manufactured from the ingredient portion remaining after the ultrafiltration of fresh fluid whey coming from our cheddar cheese production.
It is light cream to cream in color, bland odor and flavor, and has a slightly lower protein content and a higher lactose content than regular whey.It is Grade A (from the highest quality of milk available in the US), certified Kosher, Halal, and produced at an EU-approved plant.
