Made with 100% organic dates thathave been sorted, pitted, dried,ground, and sieved to produce a finepowder consistency, date powderunlike regular sugar, contains multiplenutritional benefits. It has highamount of anti-oxidants and is verybeneficial for diabetic patients. Date Powder has a nice fruit flavor that is “made with real fruit”. Even through it is shelf-stable and long lasting in ambient temperatures, the moisture can be adjusted for different applications. Date Powder is easily blended into dough matrix or filling and does not count as added sugar under the new labeling guidelines.
