Company description
Family-run direct supplier of raw acacia gum from Chad – traceable, analysed by Eurofins, delivered from France.
Détails Import is a French company based in Montauban, in the Occitanie region, and part of Détails Groupe. We import raw acacia gum (E414) directly from Chad, where our family has been collecting and trading acacia gum for three generations.
Direct from origin. We work with no intermediary in Chad. Our team in N'Djamena handles collection, sorting, cleaning and packing. Our team in France manages import logistics, sales and customer service.
Quality you can trace. Every delivery is traceable to its lot number and comes with a certificate of analysis from Eurofins, an independent laboratory. On our current Acacia Senegal lot, heavy metals are below detection limits, more than 500 pesticides are below quantification limits, ethylene oxide is below 0.01 mg/kg, and Salmonella and E. coli are not detected. We have started our ISO 22000 certification process, with a target of spring 2027.
A long-term partner, close to you. As a lean and responsive company, we react quickly when your supply is under pressure. We then build a lasting relationship: regular supply, dedicated sales follow-up and quality monitored lot by lot. Acacia Senegal (Kitir, its local name in Chad) is available now, with new containers arriving every month.
Our products: raw Acacia Senegal gum (Kitir) and raw Acacia Seyal gum, for food and beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and nutraceutical manufacturers.
