DHA-rich Algal Oil 50W Organic, Ingredient for Food

Nutritional DHA-rich algal oil derived from the marine algae, Schizochytrium sp., produced in Switzerland on behalf of Progress Biotech. The refined product is produced in accordance with EU-legislation for food products and is manufactured in a facility certified according to FSSC 22000. The product is certified organic(1), solvent free and extracted from the algae using mechanical extraction techniques only. The oil is a rich source of Omega-3 docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), with added antioxidants to improve stability. Gentle processing results in an oil with neutral taste and odour. The colour is very light yellow to colourless. This high quality, clear oil is double winterized and is suitable for transparent product applications.
