Vacuum Band-dried malt extract is obtained from the starch saccharification of barley malt. In this phase, the starch is completely broken down into simple sugars, producing a sweet syrup. Then, the syrup is sent to the vacuum drying chamber where the water in the product is #evaporated at low temperatures, producing a powder similar to crystals.
Vacuum Band Dried malt extract can be easily added to your recipes without adjusting the dosage of other ingredients.
It has an intense taste with concentrated notes of caramel.
Depending on the application, you only need to add from 0.5% to 2% to your recipes for amazing results.
