Product description
Spray malt extract is obtained from the starch saccharification of barley malt. The starch is completely broken down into simple sugars, producing a sweet syrup. The syrup is then sprayed into a chamber where a current of hot air (180°C) quickly evaporates the water. The resulting powder contains 2% water and is ready to be packed.
