PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Dried carrots are processed from carefully selected table carrots through drying in compliance with the proper dehydration procedure, maintaining the specific sweet-spicy taste and orange color.
We offer chopped (granules – 3x3mm, flakes – 10x10mm, stripes – 3x3x30mm) and powdered (spice with orange-yellowish color and pleasant carrot taste) dried carrot.
There are no impurities, additives, preservatives, or dyes present in the product.
Production and packaging of chopped and powdered dried carrots meet all requirements of Ukrainian as well as international food safety standards.
CHARACTERISTICS
Chopped and powdered carrots are preserved naturally; therefore, they store all nutrients and vitamins and retain beneficial properties. The product is widely used in the food industry to grant different dishes, desserts, or canned goods a sweet-spicy taste.
The product does not dissolve in aqueous or oily substances; Rather, dried carrot pieces and powder quickly absorb the moisture and restore freshness.
Since the shelf life of chopped and powdered dried carrots exceeds the shelf life of fresh carrots and dried products are more compact, it is much more convenient to store naturally dried carrots.
