Chlorella powder with natural extra iron and vitamin B12 but without the green colour. Ideal for food applications. This new Duplaco Gold, just like the regular chlorella species, brings a lot of power to food: It contains 40 percent protein, including all nine essential amino acids, as well as plenty of vitamins and minerals. Thanks to special cultivation, the new variety also comes up trumps with extra iron and even B12. With an innovative cultivation method, we avoid chemical treatment to extract the chlorophyll from the chlorella algae afterwards. The result is Duplaco Gold.
