Dyne-NAO® is a low-molecular-weight neoagaro-oligosaccharide complex produced by hydrolysing agar with a microbe-derived, food-grade enzyme (agar-hydrolysing enzyme DagA). It is a novel bioactive ingredient composed of rare sugars (L-galactose and D-galactose), manufactured through a patented enzymatic bioconversion process technology.
