Swiss Mills E. Zwicky AG has become the most important hulling mill of its kind in Switzerland. It was founded in 1892 and is still family-owned. Our main product lines are cereals and semi-finished food products for the industry. Based on our industry partner specific requirements, we develop end products or semi-finished products made with any cereal, in any mixture, in any finished form.
