eBQC Natural Ingredients is a portable
device designed to measure the antioxidant capacity of plant and
food-based samples. Samples have just to be dissolved or mixed with the Working
Solution developed for the device and measured directly with disposable strips.
You will get the results in less than a minute!
It is based on electrochemistry:
without radical initiators, it represents a measure of the total antioxidant
status (TAS) of the sample. Besides, the colour does not interfere with the measurement
of the sample and you do not need any additional expensive laboratory equipment,
for example fluorimeters.
This device measures samples in
organic and non-organic solutions and aqueous and non-aqueous solvents. Results
are given in e-BQC Value (uC) that can be easily transformed into TEAC or CEAC
value.
