Eficacia™ is a naturally purified and instantized grade of gum acacia with the highest emulsifying properties; it is obtained through an innovative proprietary process. Instantized and dust-free, Eficacia™ dissolves easily, allowing quick and clean processing. Different grades are available such as Eficacia™ M : 80-150mPa.s and Eficacia™ XE : 100-200 mPa.s.
