Encapcia™ is an association of natural acacia gums which are purified and instantized by an innovative and proprietary technology. It offers enhanced emulsifying properties and superior film-forming capacities. The ultimate in encapsulation, Encapcia™ is the choice carrier for spray-drying encapsulation of sensitive compounds such as essential oils, omega 3 oils, vitamins and colors, etc. Encapcia™ can also be used to dry water soluble products (extracts, juice, polyols) in order to reduce the hydroscopicity.
