Company description

Endemix was launched by Baris Bilen, chemical engineer and MBA, in 2007 in Istanbul, Turkey. Identifying an exceptional opportunity for converting endemic plants into high value added plant based materials, Endemix acquired an extracts research lab and started investing in new processing technologies and the best employees.

Since its inception, Endemix developed and commercialized many new natural food colors. Endemix is currently moving to a new 4000sqm state-of-the-art facility to enable high throughput processing as well as production of completely novel natural coloring products.
