SAFESTERIL® has
been active in food safety processing equipment innovation for
more than 20 years, with a particular focus on heating and cooling technologies
for low moisture products. Our thermal treatment equipment can be powered
100% by electricity, using photovoltaic and run 100% green. Our patented
Spirajoule® uses little steam and requires a small electrical boiler: a huge
advantage when dealing with stringent local regulators (certain states in the
US don’t allow high pressure boilers or require dedicated personal to operate).
Our technologies are used for pasteurization, sterilization, sanitation,
disinfection, drying, roasting, pesticides elimination on many kinds of bulk
dry materials from raw to powder forms including grains, seeds, herbs, flours,
botanicals, chemicals. With over 120 systems installed in more than 40
countries, we have become established as a major player in food safety, and we
have succeeded in building an efficient delivery model for this technology.
