FiberSMART® is an all-natural, plant based soluble fiber intended to be used in foods and beverages as a bulking agent, to replace sugars and fats, or to supplement nutrition in existing formulations. With greater than 90% dietary fiber by traditional AOAC methodology, FiberSMART® can be added to increase fiber content without sacrificing taste or texture.
Non-GMO project verified FiberSMART® Syrups are best known for there consistent low water activity that delivers a consistent finished products and highmanufacturing yields. FiberSMART® syrup water activity is less than 0.865
FiberSMART® syrup is partially hydrolyzed tapioca starch, created by heating tapioca starch in the presence of food grade acid.
