Fillings and spreads

Göteborgs Food Budapest ZRT offers a wide variety of products which includes fillings and spreads. It is used in many different bakery, pastry and confectionary applications. The texture can be from semi soft to very soft cream depending of recipe. Its applications are fillings in wafers, swiss rolls, donuts and cakes. It is also commonly used as center fillings in moulded chocolate pralines. Types: dark chocolate types, milk chocolate types, white types, hazelnut fillings, peanut fillings, caramel types, bake stable types. Bake stable fillings is also available. Packaging : plastic buckets 5 or 10 kg.
