Flake Desiccated Coconut

Product description

Flake desiccated coconut is made from white coconut meat that is sliced into broad, flat pieces and dried to remove moisture. The flakes provide a crisp, crunchy texture and naturally nutty coconut flavour. Suitable for a wide range of sweet and savoury applications, flake desiccated coconut can be used in bakery products such as cookies and granola, as well as a decorative topping for yoghurt, cakes and desserts. It can also add texture and coconut flavour to savoury dishes, including curries and seafood breading.

Available in conventional and organic varieties, as well as SO₂-treated and SO₂-free options. Industrial packaging is available in 25lb, 50lb, 100lb and 25kg kraft paper bags.
