Product description
The Flexivent block bottom bag is specially designed for the efficient packaging of fine powders such as milk powder, protein powder, cocoa, flour, starch and sugar.
Its integrated ventilation system allows excess air to escape in a controlled way during filling and palletising, helping to create compact, stable bags while preventing product loss.
Made from 100% polyethylene (PE), the Flexivent is fully recyclable and offers a sustainable alternative to traditional multi-layer paper bags with a plastic liner. It can be processed on standard filling equipment and can be either heat-sealed or stitched after filling.
Available in customised sizes, thicknesses, colours and printing options, the Flexivent provides a reliable and efficient packaging solution for food, feed and other powdered products.
