HQG Agaro-oligosaccharide is derived from the degradation of food grade agar agar. It is a new type of marine functional small molecule agar agar, with polymerization degree around 20 after hydrolysis. HQG Agaro-oligosaccharide is an active ingredient in healthy food and healthy medicine.

• Low dissolution temperature at : 85 °C
• Low gelling point (33-35 °C)
• High transparency• Soft gel
