Based on the characteristics of normal food grade agar agar, HQG achieves Instant Soluble Agar agar, which can be dissolved in the cooler water of 85℃ and 55℃, showing its excellent performance in dissolution temperature and speed in different kinds applications. 

Application Recommendations:
-- Dissolution in 85℃: meal replace drinks/food, slimming products which still need warmer water but hope to dissolved faster;
-- Dissolution in 55℃: mainly forcus on dairy products, can replace the gelatin in the application of stirred yoghurt and solidified yoghurt, instant dissolved in lower temperature, to improve the solution speed but still keep silky and full taste and thickening function;
