Aged Black Garlic is a widely used herb used for its beneficial effects on the Cardiovascular Health, helping to lower Cholesterol, Blood Sugar and Blood Pressure. Regular (White) Garlic powders & extracts available in the market are recommended to be consumed in high daily doses due to its low thermostability. However Aged Black Garlic extract is more thermostable as compared to the commonly available white garlic extract or powders.
