GLUCIDEX® IT maltodextrins are highly purified soluble carbs produced from waxy corn, potato or wheat, which provide a large choice of varietal origin, high digestibility and excellent tolerance. They offer a choice of dextrose equivalent (DE from 6 to 19) that allow fine-tuning of product osmolarity and sugars content. This range has a particular physical structure providing free-flowing properties, better solubilization, and reduced formation of dust. Easy to handle, those neutral white powders are ideal bulking agents and flavor drying carriers in an extensive variety of food applications.
