NUTRALYS® S grade are soluble pea proteins offering protein enrichment, as well as serving as soy and milk alternatives across many food applications including various baking, dairy, sports nutrition, weight management, senior & clinical nutrition and nutraceuticals.
NUTRALYS® S85 Plus D is a pea protein delivering high solubility and low viscosity. It allows a higher incorporation rate of plant-proteins in various food applications, including protein RTD, protein shakes, as well as plant-based frozen desserts. Beyond these technical features, NUTRALYS® S85 Plus D shows a minor green taste compared to other pea proteins.
