We have our own industrial mill and mixing facility where we produce gluten free flours and baking mixes. Both product categories are available in conventioal or organic quality. Please ask for the possibilities and tailor made recipes. A small selection from our flour assortment: almond flour (flour, protein, defatted flour, with husk), banana flour (plantain) buckwheat flour, chestnut flour, chickpea flour, coconut flour, coffee flour (coffee berries), corn flour, flours from pulses, oat flour pea protein flour, psyllium fibres, quinoa flour, rice flour (brown), rice flour (white), sorghum flour soy flour, tapioca starch, teff flour (white & brown) tigernut flour. Baking mixes assortment varies from sweet baking mixes, savoury baking mixes to bread mixes.
