We are a dedicated gluten-free oat mill producing gluten-free and
organic oat ingredients for food manufacturing needs. We follow a strict purity
protocol, starting already from the field, and contract farmers, combined with
a state-of-the-art sorting technology in the mill, to produce safely
gluten-free ingredients.
Gluten-free oats can be used in a wide range of applications, such as
breakfast products, dairy alternatives, drinks and smoothies, baking, pasta, snacks,
ice-cream, crisps and chips, powders, toppings, baby-foods, food grains and
many others. Oats also give great opportunities for meat alternative, protein-rich
plant-based products, such as ready-to-eat patties, balls, nuggets.
Oats are packed with good taste and nutrition. They have a beautiful
balance of protein (14%), soft fat (7%), and fiber (10%, of which beta-glucan
4%) and carbs, as well as lots of vitamins, antioxidants and minerals. Thanks
to their beta-glucan fiber, oats have EFSA approved health claims related to
blood cholesterol, controlling blood sugar levels and benefits to digestion.
