GlutenOUT™ CL Dough Matrix is the ingredient gluten free and low carbohydrate bakers have been searching for in their efforts to replace traditional wheat flour. The search is over. Composed of an optimized combination of vegetable fibers (Potato, Rice, Pea, Plantago) and vegetable flour (Pea, Buckwheat), GlutenOUT™ performs similarly to wheat flour creating an uncompromised dough matrix that performs amazingly well.

With fiber content of 29%, the Net Carb impact for GlutenOUT™ is less than 50%. Non-GMO, Vegan and Kosher, GlutenOUT™ should be the “go to” flour in any gluten free or low carb recipe in a number of baking applications including pasta, tortillas, breads, pizza dough, cookies, doughnuts, cakes, rolls, pretzels and waffles.
