In operation since 2020 Grow It Green LTD is a vertically integrated agribusiness firm, with recognized Expertise in vegetable cultivation with a speciality in capsicum , ginger production and processing . The company has an equipped dehydration and processing facility ensuring most of their work happens inhouse . Their production capacity stems from nucleus farms and a 1250 plus strong out-grower farmers located across 4 distinct regions who undergo continuous training and sensitization to meet strict food safety, quality assurance and operating standards and have propelled them to be the largest exporter of Dried capsicum in the Ghana. During the peak season Grow It Green employs upwards 250 people for its operations 80% of whom are women . Grow It Green recently obtained their GLOBALGAP certification for its nucleus farm and currently working to finalize fairtrade certification both as a producer and for farmers in their outgrower scheme
