With our new developed range of HacoNaturals we are following the global trend for clean labeled ingredients. Hydrolysed vegetable proteins (HVP) are recognised by the food industry as a basic ingredient in a wide range of food products. HACO offers a comprehensive range of HVP products, manufactured by acid hydrolysis, with specific background flavours. Enzymatic Hydrolysed Vegetable Proteins are the gentle alternative to traditionally produced HVPs. With the Hacoflavors, a HVP-based process flavour range, HACO offers the food industry specific savoury flavours that impart and enhance the tastes and aromas of food applications as in a traditional produced manner. The range of Hacoflavors includes chicken, beef & meat, pork & bacon as well as special flavour profiles. The HVP-free alternative of the Hacoflavors will be HACOs Toparom range with its flavour categories: chicken, beef & meat, pork & bacon and specialities.
The coffee extract range encompasses premium quality full flavour blends, as well as single-origin extracts. Our intriguing Fusion Technology combines high-quality coffee extracts with roasted micro-ground coffee. The development of a premium cold brew coffee concentrate punctuates the coffee competence of HACO.
Customised developments, as well as contract manufacturing, can be offered to our customers for savoury and coffee products.
