The Harries Schälmühlenwerk GmbH & Co. KG is today one of the most modern mills for oats and special products in Germany and Europe with a family tradition and experience of more than 100 years. It stands for high class quality, a high level of customer orientation, trust and flexibility. We process oats, barley, wheat, rye and spelt to flakes and different other nutriments.
Our daughter company, the Stuhrer Nährmittel GmbH, completes our product range with high quality gluten free cereal products for the food and feed industry. Our product range covers various gluten free products in conventional and organic quality e.g. oats, buckwheat, millet, sorghum, quinoa, amaranth and teff.
