Founded in 1984, Hazelnut Growers of Oregon (HGO) is a leading hazelnut processor based in Oregon's Willamette Valley. HGO and its sister companies process roughly 85,000 metric tons of hazelnuts annually, about 70% of the U.S. supply. HGO operates from a 250,000-square-foot (approximately 23,200 m²) SQF Level II certified facility, one of the best hazelnut processing facilities in the world. Together, they produce and market premium natural and roasted kernels, diced, meal, paste, and praline for ingredient, foodservice, and private-label customers worldwide.
