Product description
Healthy & Solid Oil is a vegetable oil with a customizable texture, 100% of vegetal origin, made from high-quality vegetable oils (EU-origin high-oleic sunflower oil) and developed as a healthy, functional and stable alternative to highly saturated tropical fats (coconut, palm, cocoa, shea), as well as to dairy fats (butter and cream) and animal fats. It is suitable for all types of industrial food applications, maintaining the texture and functionality required throughout production processes.
