Hydroxytyrosol extracted from olive leaf or olive fruit is viscous and oily. It is easy to absorb water and extremely unstable. Through cocrystal design and screening, we discovered a new solid form made of hydroxytyrosol and niacinamide. The most stable hydroxytyrosol source – demonstrated in head-to-head testing
