Interstarch products are used as a stabilizer and thickener in the fruit and vegetable processing for the juice drinks, nectars and other fruit and vegetable products production. Our molasses is used for sweetening, stabilizing the products, increasing the shelf life, preventing the crystallization of sugars, and reducing the chance of the sugaring process. Glucose and glucose-fructose syrups are also used as a sweetener to the formulation of juice drinks and nectars. Cold water swelling starches dissolve easily in cold water and do not require heating.
