Innov’ia
is a contract manufacturer, European leader in the manufacturing of powders.
Innov'ia develops competitive tailor-made
solutions for your functional ingredients, thanks to the combination of a wide
range of technologies such as spray drying, granulation, agglomeration,
microencapsulation, coating, prilling, dripping/emulsion. Ingredients are
delivered to you mainly in powder form, but also as beads, microcapsules… Innov'ia also works on liquid forms using a
homogenizer prior to drying.
Innov’ia transforms ingredients for many
industries : Food, Feed, Pharmaceutical, Health Care, Cosmetics & Personal care, and Technical
Specialties. Our expertise allows the optimization of ingredients physical
properties (wettability, flowability, instant solubility, no fine particles),
and the preservation of their functionalities (barrier effect, taste
masking, sustained release).
Innov'ia is a full-service partner, with an
efficient development process that leads to innovative solutions : Proof of
concept -> Feasibility study -> pilot micro-production -> industrial
production.

of excellence in the field of formulation, specialized in microencapsulation.
CAPSULAE relies on high-level scientific and technical skills with a highly
qualified team of more than 35 researchers including PhDs, engineers, and
technicians. CAPSULAE offers a high-performing and very complete set of analytical
and characterization tools : Particle size analysis / Morphological
analysis / Physical characterization of powders / Characterization of liquids /
Chemical/thermal characterization of
powders / Stability tests.
