Inufiber

Inufiber is a food ingredient consisting mainly of Inulin, extracted from the natural,non-genetically modified chicory plant (roots), the root extract was purified and spray dried to form a fine to granular powder. Inulin is a non-digestible carbohydrate dietary fiber, consists of oligo and polysaccharides of fructose commonly referred as Fructan. The fructose units in Inulin are linked together by ß-(2, 1)-linkages and the every fructose chain is terminated by a glucose unit.

There are multiple SKU's depending upon the % Fiber content as well as functionality suited to unique food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical preparations.
