J.R. Sabater S.A. has been bottling vinegar since 1976, the year of its foundation. 

From 1982 until the present, the company has been implementing new equipment and machinery in order to apply the latest technology in vinegar making and bottling. 

We are the Nº1 vinegar producer in Spain and one of the biggest in Europe. Not for nothing we work with the biggest retail chain in Spain and some of the most important food industries world wide. 
Quality is the most important for us. We are IFS, BRC, HALAL and KOSHER certified. 
During 2009, J.R. SABATER undertook the project of developing another range of products. The work was focused on products related to syrups and liquid caramel. This project is completed in 2010 when the most modern technology for producing balsamic glazes, syrups and liquid caramel was introduced.

With a production capacity over 70 millions of litres, we have a permanent stock of 3 million liters and a just in time bottling production system.
We have a wide experience in adapting our products to customers needs.
