KAMUT R BRAND WHEAT PREMIUM ENZYME 90

The premium kamut enzyme is made by fermentating only Kamut® brand wheat. The premium kamut enzyme, a product made from the combination of patented strains with speical technology of GrainOn, preserves the pure nutrition of ancient grains.  Developed using a patented low-molecular-weight method and carefully selected raw materials, the enzyme activity is 900,000 units of a-amylase and 4,500 units of protease per packet. Premium enzyme made from Kamut R brand wheat fermented with 3 strains of live cultures without refined enzymes.  In addition to the patented small molecule process, we have applied a premium process with three patents. Kamut R Brand Meal Premium Enzyme 90 is made with a unique, scientifically formulated solution that contains 17 types of mixed lactic acid bacteria that are good for use with enzymes, allowing for healthier consumption.
