Lakeland Dairies, a major dairy processing co-operative, operates within a seventeen county catchment area across the northern half of the island of Ireland. The Group processes about 2 billion litres of quality milk annually into a range of value added and functional dairy food ingredients.
Lakeland Dairies offer a comprehensive portfolio of highly functional food ingredients with fine, free flowing milk powders, proteins and dairy fats of an exceptionally high quality and consistency.
As well as serving our home markets, Lakeland Dairies exports large volumes of dairy produce to the UK, Europe, North and South America, Asia, Africa and other international markets worldwide.
