Company description

At Livoo, we transform valuable food-production side streams into high-quality ingredients for the food, nutrition and personal care industries. As part of Elajo Group, we combine an entrepreneurial approach to ingredient development with the long-term perspective and industrial experience of an established Swedish group.

Our focus is on circular innovation: identifying underutilized raw materials and developing them into functional, commercially relevant ingredients with a lower environmental impact. Our portfolio includes solutions such as OATup®, an upcycled oat protein and fibre ingredient produced from the nutritious oat material remaining after oat drink production, as well as other innovative ingredients derived from food industry side streams.

We work closely with producers, technology partners, distributors and customers across Europe and international markets to bring these ingredients from concept to industrial-scale applications. Our ingredients are developed for a wide range of applications including bakery, cereals, snacks, sports and nutritional products, plant-based foods, beverages and cosmetics.

At the core of Livoo is the belief that sustainability and commercial performance should go hand in hand. By creating more value from existing resources, we aim to help our customers develop better products while contributing to a more efficient and circular food system.
