Marzipan MIC: Raw marzipan mass (Marzipan Rawmass / Rohmasse), obtained from a mixture of sweet peeled Californian almonds, water and sugar. Marzipan M0: Raw marzipan with a delicate flavor and low content of bitter Almonds. Marzipan M1: Raw marzipan with a strong taste, thanks to a greater quantity of bitter Almonds. Marzipan 70/30: 70% part of raw marzipan mass and 30% part of sugar. Almond Paste: Semi-finished product for the production of beverages. All products are manufactured, packaged and shipped to exact customer specifications. We can also meet customers' specific recipes based on spec sheets.
