Millmax – European Contract Manufacturer of Food Supplements, Sports Nutrition & Cosmetics

Millmax is an EU-based contract manufacturer and private label partner for food supplements, sports nutrition and cosmetic products, with manufacturing and product development facilities in Riga, Latvia.

We work with established brands, retailers, distributors and growing consumer brands across Europe and international markets, supporting projects from product formulation and R&D through manufacturing, filling, packaging and commercial production.

Our approach combines flexible European manufacturing, in-house product development, quality control and a broad range of packaging capabilities. Millmax can support both the development of new custom formulations and the production of existing customer formulations, as well as selected white label and private label products.

Food Supplement & Sports Nutrition Manufacturing

Millmax manufactures dietary supplements and sports nutrition products in two core formats:

Powders

Hard Capsules

We manufacture HPMC and gelatin hard capsules in sizes #00, #0 and #1. Projects can range from straightforward single-ingredient supplements to more complex vitamin, mineral, botanical and functional formulations.

Capsules can be supplied in bottles, jars, doypacks or blister packaging depending on the project requirements.

Flexible Supplement Packaging

Millmax offers a range of packaging solutions for food supplements and sports nutrition products.

Powder products can be filled into PET jars, HDPE or PP containers, stand-up pouches, flat-bottom doypacks and single-dose sachets. Packaging sizes and configurations are selected according to the formulation, serving size, product volume and target market.

Our standard PET packaging includes commonly used 500 ml, 750 ml and 1,000 ml formats, while larger formats are available depending on the product.

For brands looking for convenient single-serving formats, Millmax also provides powder sachet filling and 4-side sealed sachet packaging.

Hard capsules can be packed into plastic or glass bottles and jars, doypacks and blister packs.

We work with packaging suppliers across Europe and can also evaluate custom packaging solutions for individual projects.

Contract Manufacturing, Private Label & White Label

Different customers require different levels of manufacturing support.

Millmax can work as a full-service contract manufacturing partner, managing the process from formulation and raw material sourcing through manufacturing and packaging.

We can also operate as a manufacturing and co-packing partner where the customer supplies its own raw materials, proprietary formulation, packaging components, labels or printed packaging.

For customers seeking faster market entry, we offer selected white label supplement formulations that can be adapted to the required packaging and branding.

This flexible model makes Millmax suitable for established supplement brands as well as companies launching new product ranges or looking for an additional European manufacturing partner.

Our food supplement manufacturing operations work according to GMP and HACCP requirements, with quality control integrated into the manufacturing process.

Raw materials and finished products are controlled according to agreed specifications, and additional laboratory testing can be arranged depending on the formulation and customer requirements.

We work with European and international raw material suppliers and can source both standard and branded ingredients depending on availability, project requirements and commercial volumes.

Customers are welcome to visit our manufacturing facilities in Riga and conduct supplier qualification or manufacturing audits.

Co-Packing & Filling Services

In addition to full contract manufacturing, Millmax provides co-packing, filling, repacking and secondary packaging services.

Packaging options include tubes, jars, bottles, pumps, airless packaging and glass serum bottles. Millmax has also invested in automated tube filling and cartoning capabilities for larger commercial projects.
