MMA Foods is a Lithuanian manufacturer focused on producing high-quality protein and starch from locally sourced legumes, primarily Peas and Fava Beans. They utilise advanced dry processing technology to ensure a clean label and native functionality
Raw Materials: Sourced directly from local Lithuanian farms, often within a 100 km radius of the production facility. Other raw materials as Mung beans and Chickpeas are sourced in other regions
Process: High-tech dry processing (dry method) equipment to produce protein and starch fractions. This method avoids the use of water and chemicals, minimising environmental impact.
Sustainability: The production plant is powered significantly by a solar power plant.
