MOA already has its first ingredient on the market called MOA YEAST, which is developed through a combination of by-product upcycling, biomass fermentation, and AI. This ingredient is high in fibre and protein, and thanks to its technological properties, it is ideal for baking, wet and dry extrusion, spreads and sauces, pet food, and more. It also has a great umami flavour and enhances the flavours present or added to foods.

Meanwhile, MOA is developing other ingredients, which will soon be available on the market.
