Molino 4.0 is a
company of MR Holding - Molino Rossetto group.
This is a family business. The activity of the
mill started in 1760 and has grown over the years, starting from the production
of classical flours and, thanks to the investments in research and development
activities, continues with new technical flours and ingredients.Molino 4.0 has a dedicated production line of VEGETABLE TEXTURED PROTEINS for PLANT BASED products.
Molino 4.0 supplies
the main food industries: 3 production facilities, 1 mill, 2 extruders, 12 automatic
packaging lines, 3 mixers.
The product range includes: -organic and conventional ALLERGEN FREE and GMO free YELLOW PEA TEXTURED PROTEINS, in different shapes: granules and chunks,suitable for PLANT BASED products.
-oat flour, oat flakes, flavoured oat flakes.
-soft wheat flours and mixes for industries and food service.
-corn flours and special flours: whole stone-ground flours, spelt
flour, burnt-wheat flour, Senatore Cappelli and Tumminia flour.
Molino 4.0 is not just only an ingredient supplier, with the support of its innovation laboratory can
provide customized solutions to: improve existing products, create new references,
develop new technical processes.
