Company description

Molino Peila Spa is a long tradition mill owned by Peila’s family and located near Turin, in the North of Italy. The company owns two corn mills and one rice mill. Corn mills produce: instant and traditional polenta, raw and precooked corn flours and semolina, corn grits, toasted cornflours for breadcrumbing, broken corn , hominy grits and corn germs. The rice mill produces: raw , pregel and thermo treated rice flours and semolinas, rice grits, broken rice . Molino Peila also produces flours of quinoa,amaranth,chickpeas, peas, lentils, sorgum, millet etc
