Kingusto Powder is a mushroom extract concentrate in powder form, which contains 45% mushroom extract and 55% maltodextrin. In several products, like soups, sauces, meat, vegatarian products etc. it works as a taste enhancer. Kingusto lifts up the flavors in your product, it can reduce salt and/or sugar and it can also replace taste enhancers like MSG and yeast extract. Furthermore, Kingusto masks off-taste e.g. from plant protein.
