It can be hydrolyze in the presence of acid and alkali but not bibulous, it used for nitrocellulose lacquer,printing ink, natural and synthetic resin and other solvents. Also used to dry lotion, adhesives prevent skinning agent and spices, etc. For high boiling point solvents, used in the natural resin, synthetic resin, paint, printing ink.
