N-TACK
is a specialty product derived from waxy corn starch that is recommended for
the adhesion of seasonings, flavourings and particulates to snacks and
cereals. It is especially well suited for reduced fat products where oil
cannot be used for adhesion purposes. It is characterised by low viscosity at
high solids levels and a high degree of tackiness. This product is often used
in cereals, pretzels, crackers, baked goods, and low-fat snacks.
